We work in your 3D model and make revisions in real-time while you direct and watch during your UNLIMITED Design Appointments (and revisions throughout the Design Phase).
We will take all the time necessary to get to know you and learn what features and specifications are important to you.  If you have one, two or a dozen different floor plans that you like and have ideas from, share them with us and tell us what you like and dislike.  Then, with a little direction, we can draw a preliminary custom floor plan from which we can begin designing.
